What you will do

  • Manage the global social media publishing calendar across platforms like LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and regional channels.
  • Coordinate with marketing, PR, and product teams to ensure content alignment and deadline adherence.
  • Review and quality-check content for tone, clarity, and audience relevance.
  • Monitor social trends and support reactive communication efforts in partnership with Corporate Communications.
  • Track performance metrics and prepare visual quarterly reports to inform strategic improvements.
  • Maintain and improve social media workflows, templates, and playbooks.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in social media management.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools such as Sprout Social or Hootsuite.
  • Basic proficiency in video and graphic editing.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple inputs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to recognize and articulate the difference between strong and weak social content.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2B or technical marketing environments.
