Location: Must be based in Irvine, CA (Hybrid: 4-5 days per week onsite)
Salary: $89,000–$105,505 per year

What you will do
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy for sports and entertainment campaigns.
- Manage the content calendar, prioritizing sequencing and content mix for high-impact engagement.
- Oversee content creation including copy, graphics, and short-form video for major social platforms.
- Direct real-time social coverage during live sporting events and cultural moments.
- Monitor community engagement and trending conversations to maintain brand voice.
- Partner cross-functionally with creative, PR, and brand teams to align messaging.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work onsite in Irvine, CA 4-5 days per week.
- 3–5 years of experience in social media management within sports, entertainment, or lifestyle brands.
- Proven experience managing brand social channels and content calendars.
- Strong understanding of sports culture and digital fan engagement.
- Experience covering live events and real-time content publishing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience working with athletes, entertainers, or influencers.
- Familiarity with paid social strategy and boosting content.
- Proficiency in short-form video editing tools like CapCut or Premiere.
- Knowledge of NIL and sports marketing campaigns.
