Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 yearly

What you will do

• Lead data-informed social campaign strategies for NBC and Peacock series using audience behavior and platform insights.
• Own social campaign performance reporting, synthesizing data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Define content priorities and platform strategies grounded in audience behavior and platform best practices.
• Monitor social conversations, sentiment, and cultural trends to identify reactive opportunities and potential risks.
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing, PR, Media, and Creative teams to integrate social strategy into broader campaign planning.
• Manage agency partners responsible for publishing, community management, and on-set content capture.

Requirements

• Must have work authorization to work in the United States.
• 3+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or entertainment marketing.
• Expertise in social platforms, emerging creative formats, and performance reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Airtable, Sprout Social, and Microsoft Office (including SharePoint).
• Experience working with talent, influencers, agencies, or production partners.
