What you will do

• Lead heuristic evaluations and translate research findings into interaction models and validated design directions.
• Own end-to-end UX design for high-complexity workflows from concept to production-ready specifications.
• Collaborate with Engineering to evolve the design system, maintaining Figma libraries and component documentation.
• Operate within a Lean UX model, running design discovery ahead of delivery sprints.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate prototyping and evaluate AI-generated UI against design standards.
• Partner with UX management to establish design operations, handoff conventions, and quality gates.

Requirements

• 8+ years of UX design experience with progressive responsibility in enterprise SaaS.
• Proven ability to design for dense, data-intensive applications with mastery of information hierarchy.
• Expert-level Figma proficiency including component architecture and library governance.
• Experience in a Lean UX or dual-track agile delivery model.
• Working familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for financial services, ERP, or complex B2B SaaS platforms.
• Experience building a design system from scratch or near-scratch.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tooling (e.g., Cursor, Lovable).
• Experience with product analytics or behavioral instrumentation tools.
