Salary: $120,000 - $135,000 USD

What you will do
- Develop and implement test procedures and standard operating processes for environmental test campaigns.
- Design and build test setups, fixtures, and support hardware for flight hardware testing.
- Define test equipment specifications, identify vendors, and manage equipment qualification.
- Collect, process, and analyze test data, preparing detailed reports for stakeholder review.
- Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for test process issues.
- Collaborate with and provide direction to technicians during test execution and hardware handling.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a science or engineering discipline.
- 2+ years of experience testing electronics, electro-mechanical assemblies, or integrated systems.
- Experience performing environmental testing such as thermal, TVAC, vibration, shock, or EMI/EMC.
- Proven ability to develop and execute test plans from engineering requirements.
- Strong communication skills for documenting and presenting test results.
- Must be onsite 5 days a week.
- U.S. Citizenship, Lawful Permanent Residency, or Refugee/Asylee Status Required.
Nice to have
- Experience operating thermal chambers, TVAC chambers, or vibration shakers.
- Hands-on experience with data acquisition systems and test automation tools.
- Experience with space flight components and spacecraft environmental testing.
- Experience designing electrical harnesses and connectors.
- Experience operating heavy handling equipment like cranes or forklifts.
