What you will do

• Develop and implement test procedures and standard operating processes for environmental test campaigns.
• Design and build test setups, fixtures, and support hardware for flight hardware testing.
• Define test equipment specifications, identify vendors, and manage equipment qualification.
• Collect, process, and analyze test data, preparing detailed reports for stakeholder review.
• Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for test process issues.
• Collaborate with and provide direction to technicians during test execution and hardware handling.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a science or engineering discipline.
• 2+ years of experience testing electronics, electro-mechanical assemblies, or integrated systems.
• Experience performing environmental testing such as thermal, TVAC, vibration, shock, or EMI/EMC.
• Proven ability to develop and execute test plans from engineering requirements.
• Strong communication skills for documenting and presenting test results.
• Must be onsite 5 days a week.
• U.S. Citizenship, Lawful Permanent Residency, or Refugee/Asylee Status Required.

Nice to have

• Experience operating thermal chambers, TVAC chambers, or vibration shakers.
• Hands-on experience with data acquisition systems and test automation tools.
• Experience with space flight components and spacecraft environmental testing.
• Experience designing electrical harnesses and connectors.
• Experience operating heavy handling equipment like cranes or forklifts.
