What you will do

  • Execute aircraft-level functional and end-of-line (EOL) test procedures on fully assembled vehicles to validate system integration and electrical behavior.
  • Perform hands-on electrical troubleshooting using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and diagnostic tools to resolve system-level issues.
  • Verify avionics, electrical systems, and onboard software against detailed schematics and work instructions.
  • Capture and document test data and generate actionable reports to support engineering investigations.
  • Collaborate with Functional Test Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to drive root cause analysis.
  • Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, especially when working with high-voltage systems.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in electronics testing or system-level validation within aerospace, aviation, or complex hardware environments.
  • High school diploma required; Associate’s degree or technical certification in electronics/avionics preferred.
  • IPC-A-620 Certification (or ability to obtain shortly after hire).
  • Proficiency with electrical test equipment and ability to interpret schematics and wiring diagrams.
  • Experience executing structured test procedures and documenting results with high accuracy.
  • Must have valid US work authorization (no sponsorship available).

Nice to have

  • Experience with eVTOL environments, high-voltage systems, or electric propulsion architectures.
  • Familiarity with avionics systems and embedded software validation.
  • Background in continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma) applied to production environments.
