What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned positions across the Europe region, from intake to offer negotiation.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to align on candidate profiles and selection processes.
• Source active and passive candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, networking platforms, and niche sites.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines to support current and future business needs.
• Conduct candidate pre-screen assessments and provide detailed summaries to hiring managers.
• Promote the employer value proposition and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.

Requirements

• 1+ years of recruitment experience in a corporate or agency environment.
• Proven experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in Belgrade, Serbia.

Nice to have

• Experience using Workday or other recruitment management systems.
• Practical experience with Boolean search and advanced internet sourcing techniques.
• Experience in high-volume or consultative recruiting environments.
• Experience supporting recruitment across multiple countries or regions.
