What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies for Tech, Product, Revenue, and Operations departments.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from proactive sourcing and CV screening to offer negotiations.
• Partner with hiring managers to create targeted job descriptions and requirement profiles.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline of passive candidates through innovative channels.
• Enhance the overall candidate experience to strengthen the employer brand.
• Optimize talent acquisition processes by leveraging AI tools and data-driven best practices.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in full-lifecycle recruitment within SaaS, tech, or scale-up environments.
• Proven experience recruiting for Tech or Revenue roles in a SaaS environment.
• Strong proficiency in ATS, specifically Greenhouse.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to work autonomously.
• Proficiency in German is a valuable asset.
