Salary: From €160,000 base + stock options

• Full-time employment only (no contractors).
• 4+ years of experience leading multiple engineering teams.
• Proven background in building scalable SaaS products.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, experiment-driven environments.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
