Требования
- Must be based in Europe (preference for UK, Germany, Switzerland, or Ireland).
- Full-time employment only (no contractors).
- 4+ years of experience leading multiple engineering teams.
- Proven background in building scalable SaaS products.
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, experiment-driven environments.
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
