What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned product areas to drive customer value and business growth.
• Lead the end-to-end development of AI-powered products in collaboration with Engineering, AI, and Design teams.
• Utilize customer insights, product metrics, and experimentation to prioritize the most impactful opportunities.
• Align cross-functional teams around a shared vision and navigate technical and business trade-offs.
• Continuously raise the standard for product quality and foster a culture of ownership and simplicity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in a leading tech company, AI company, or high-growth fintech.
• Proven track record of defining product strategy and delivering measurable customer and business impact.
• Strong technical judgment to partner effectively with Engineering and navigate trade-offs.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills based on data and experimentation.
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in or able to work in London, UK (Hybrid)
