What you will do

• Define and drive short- and long-range product strategies for AI-enabled and edge-based software solutions.
• Identify and prioritize unmet clinical, operational, and economic needs across surgeons and health systems.
• Lead market research, segmentation, and competitive analysis within the digital surgery and AI ecosystems.
• Partner with engineering and data science teams to define AI applications, data pipelines, and edge deployment strategies.
• Develop upstream marketing strategies, core messaging, and positioning for hospital and executive audiences.
• Act as a subject matter expert to influence internal leadership and external stakeholders on digital ecosystems.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management, upstream marketing, or strategy within software, AI, medtech, or digital health.
• Demonstrated experience with AI/ML-driven products, edge computing, or distributed systems.
• Proven track record of bringing complex technical products to market.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, data science, and commercial teams.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling customer value propositions.
