What you will do

• Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive experience from initial contact through onboarding.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews using Ashby and G Suite.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and scorecards within the Ashby ATS.
• Assist with job postings and recruitment sourcing strategies.
• Support office management, including workplace logistics, vendor coordination, and event planning.
• Facilitate the onboarding process, including offer letter preparation and start date coordination.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR, or administrative roles.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work 5 days per week onsite in the NYC office.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
