Compensation: $80,000 – $120,000 + Equity

What you will do

  • Manage high-volume interview scheduling across multiple time zones for Tech, GTM, and G&A teams.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a professional and engaging experience.
  • Optimize scheduling flows by identifying bottlenecks and implementing AI-driven automation.
  • Host candidates during M/W/F in-office visits at the Foster City headquarters.
  • Maintain data integrity and candidate stages within the ATS.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to prioritize roles and manage pipeline health.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of recruiting coordination or high-level administrative experience.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Foster City, CA.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms like Ashby or Greenhouse.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex scheduling puzzles.
  • High agency and proactive problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience or strong interest in using AI tooling for workflow optimization.
