Location: NYC (On-site)

Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 (annual US base salary)

What you will do

• Own GTM talent pipeline and lead full-cycle recruiting for Sales, Sales Ops, Solutions, and Customer Success.
• Proactively source and engage top-tier GTM operators using targeted outreach and creative search strategies.
• Act as the first touchpoint for GTM candidates and clearly communicate Hebbia’s ambition, product differentiation, and growth trajectory.
• Deliver a world-class candidate experience with thoughtful, transparent, high-integrity interactions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience recruiting for GTM roles in high-growth environments.
• Proven success and passion for building exceptional teams.
• Experience recruiting for GTM groups with the ability to quickly calibrate on new searches.
• Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build partnerships with stakeholders and candidates.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and working in a fast-paced environment.
