Location: On-site in NYC
Compensation: $230,000 - $300,000 USD + equity

What you will do
- Identify, establish, and manage strategic tech partnerships across the fintech ecosystem.
- Drive channel and partner pipeline by aligning partner GTM structures with Hebbia commercial outcomes.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with partner sales, account management, and partnership leadership.
- Develop compelling partner-tailored demos, collateral, and sales tooling.
- Optimize end-to-end GTM motions to accelerate replicable sales processes.
Requirements
- 8-15 years of experience in Sales, Channels, or Partnerships.
- Proven track record in generating multi-million USD software vendor partnerships within the fintech ecosystem.
- Experience working in an early-stage venture-backed company (e.g., <100 people).
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- Must be based in or able to work on-site in NYC.
