TL;DR

Senior Manager of ERP Partnerships (Fintech): Leading the end-to-end relationship strategy with major ERP platforms to drive commercial growth and product integration. Focus on building co-sell motions, managing complex co-opetitive dynamics, and translating partner feedback into actionable product roadmaps.

Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to New York, NY or San Francisco, CA

Compensation: $252,000 – $356,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Own the commercial relationship with priority ERP partners, determining investment strategy and building business cases for executive leadership.
  • Drive joint GTM motions, including co-sell activities, channel activation, and API partnership agreements.
  • Serve as the internal voice of ERP partners, translating integration gaps and relationship dynamics into product roadmap requirements.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to track joint commitments and resolve relationship blockers.
  • Develop and maintain ERP-specific enablement materials for the internal sales team to navigate co-opetitive field dynamics.
  • Lead executive-level negotiations to advance partnership pitches and secure strategic alignment.

Requirements

  • 8–12 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or enterprise technology GTM.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling joint GTM motions with major technology platforms.
  • Demonstrated commercial ownership with experience managing quotas or influenced pipeline.
  • Strong executive-level communication skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functionally.
  • Ability to operate in ambiguity and build structure for a new function.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US and willing to work in a hybrid capacity in NYC or SF.

Nice to have

  • Background in fintech, financial software, or enterprise SaaS.
  • Familiarity with the CFO technology buying process.
  • Experience working in or alongside the AI ecosystem.
