TL;DR

Head of Partnerships (Fintech/Risk): Owning the partnership strategy and personally closing strategic relationships with banks, data providers, and AI platforms with an accent on architecting a global ecosystem for fraud prevention. Focus on scaling the partnerships team, structuring complex commercial agreements, and embedding hirify.global into the AI-native financial services stack.

Location: Must be located in the San Francisco Bay Area and able to commute to the Berkeley office on a regular basis

What you will do

  • Define and execute the end-to-end partnership strategy across banking, data, AI, and channel sectors.
  • Personally source and close complex, multi-stakeholder agreements as a player-coach.
  • Build and scale a high-performance partnerships team, establishing operating models and metrics.
  • Cultivate deep relationships with Tier 1 and regional banks for distribution and co-selling.
  • Structure commercial deals with credit bureaus and alternative data providers to extend signal coverage.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Legal to ensure seamless integrations and joint GTM plans.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in partnerships or BD leadership within fintech, RegTech, or financial infrastructure.
  • Minimum 2 years in a senior leadership role owning a revenue-attributed partner portfolio.
  • Deep expertise in financial services and payments, including experience negotiating with CROs and CTOs.
  • Proven track record of managing relationships with identity data providers and credit bureaus.
  • Fluency in the AI and technology ecosystem, including cloud hyperscalers and LLM platforms.
  • Startup experience with a builder's mindset and the ability to operate in ambiguous environments.
