Compensation: $200,000 base + $200,000 commission

What you will do
- Drive net new customer bookings and expand pilot opportunities within assigned regions.
- Articulate the value of AI solutions to health system executives and clinicians.
- Develop and execute account plans to fully deploy solutions and build expansion roadmaps.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers, C-level executives, and physician services leaders.
- Work cross-functionally with product, implementation, legal, and marketing teams to ensure customer success.
- Represent the company as an ambassador for responsible generative AI deployment in healthcare.
Requirements
- Must reside in California or Texas.
- 10+ years of direct sales experience in Healthcare SaaS and technology solutions.
- Proven track record of new customer acquisition and consistent business growth.
- Experience selling to Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) and Enterprise Health Systems.
- Demonstrated ability in consultative selling at the C-suite level.
- Experience managing 7-figure contracts and multi-million dollar quotas.
