Location: Must reside in California or Texas

Compensation: $200,000 base + $200,000 commission

What you will do

  • Drive net new customer bookings and expand pilot opportunities within assigned regions.
  • Articulate the value of AI solutions to health system executives and clinicians.
  • Develop and execute account plans to fully deploy solutions and build expansion roadmaps.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers, C-level executives, and physician services leaders.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, implementation, legal, and marketing teams to ensure customer success.
  • Represent the company as an ambassador for responsible generative AI deployment in healthcare.

Requirements

  • Must reside in California or Texas.
  • 10+ years of direct sales experience in Healthcare SaaS and technology solutions.
  • Proven track record of new customer acquisition and consistent business growth.
  • Experience selling to Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) and Enterprise Health Systems.
  • Demonstrated ability in consultative selling at the C-suite level.
  • Experience managing 7-figure contracts and multi-million dollar quotas.
