What you will do

• Own the end-to-end implementation experience for complex, high-visibility enterprise accounts.
• Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with customer goals.
• Manage project execution, including resource coordination, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
• Maintain rigorous project documentation and adhere to established implementation processes.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to drive team efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
• Support the training and enablement of team members to foster a culture of excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as onboarding, implementation, or project management in high-growth digital health.
• Proven track record managing complex, enterprise-level implementations with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with public sector, health plans, or Taft-Hartley industry customers.
• Proficiency with project management tools like Jira, Asana, Confluence, and CRM systems like Salesforce.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
