What you will do
- Own the end-to-end implementation experience for complex, high-visibility enterprise accounts.
- Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with customer goals.
- Manage project execution, including resource coordination, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
- Maintain rigorous project documentation and adhere to established implementation processes.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to drive team efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
- Support the training and enablement of team members to foster a culture of excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 7+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as onboarding, implementation, or project management in high-growth digital health.
- Proven track record managing complex, enterprise-level implementations with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with public sector, health plans, or Taft-Hartley industry customers.
- Proficiency with project management tools like Jira, Asana, Confluence, and CRM systems like Salesforce.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in healthcare, employer benefits, or digital health industries.
- Background in fast-paced, high-growth, or startup environments.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, CAPM, or PMI-ACP.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
