What you will do

• Lead end-to-end implementation of new clients across pharmacy and medical benefits.
• Establish project plans, define requirements, and outline success metrics.
• Manage client communications and presentations throughout the onboarding process.
• Execute and review detailed benefit and communication testing for accuracy.
• Identify execution risks and develop proactive solutions.
• Collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts to facilitate successful launches.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in PBM, health plan, or TPA implementation.
• Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to lead multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in NYC, Denver, or Charlotte.
• Ability to travel 5–10% as required.
