Salary: $109,600 - $164,500 USD

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end implementation of new clients across pharmacy and medical benefits, ensuring accurate and timely onboarding.
• Develop and execute strategic implementation plans for multi-product and enterprise accounts.
• Serve as the primary client lead and escalation point, managing communications and executive-level presentations.
• Collaborate with Sales and Account Management to align client needs and benefit structures with contractual obligations.
• Identify risks and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
• Mentor team members and identify opportunities to enhance implementation processes and best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in PBM, regional/national health plan, or TPA implementation settings.
• Deep understanding of medical plan administration, including networks, tiering, and cost-share differentiation.
• Knowledge of medical and pharmacy plan types such as PPO, POS, EPO, HDHP, Indemnity, and spending accounts (HSA/HRA).
• Must be based in or be able to work hybrid from Charlotte, Denver, or New York City.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and managing multiple complex projects.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for managing diverse stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Prior experience using Salesforce.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
