What you will do

• Lead the planning and execution of enterprise software implementation projects to ensure scope and timelines are met.
• Establish project governance structures, including steering committees and risk management processes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for executive sponsors and customer stakeholders.
• Facilitate discovery sessions to align SaaS and RaaS solutions with customer business goals.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of implementation methodologies and playbooks.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience managing customer-facing SaaS implementation projects.
• Proven track record of delivering complex software implementations on time and within budget.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of project governance and SaaS delivery methodologies.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 40%, including international travel.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, or Asana.
