What you will do

• Own the full project lifecycle for deployments, upgrades, and change orders from initiation to post-go-live handover.
• Serve as the primary customer-facing contact, building trusted relationships with client stakeholders.
• Manage project plans, schedules, and RAID logs while applying structured change control processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Technical Services, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure seamless delivery.
• Prepare cost estimates and draft Statements of Work (SoWs) for deployment services.
• Drive continuous improvement of project management processes and templates within the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project or engagement management experience delivering enterprise software implementations.
• Strong understanding of cloud contact centre platforms (CCaaS) such as CXone, Genesys Cloud, or Amazon Connect.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent enterprise-scale projects with competing priorities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively from C-suite to technical engineers.
• Must be based in the UK and able to work in a hybrid model.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
