What you will do

• Act as the technical owner of the onboarding experience for leading global brands across Europe.
• Define data transfer requirements and guide customers through the technical ingestion process.
• Configure the platform's flexible trigger engine and communication flows to meet specific customer outcomes.
• Proactively recommend best practices and enable customers to use built-in AI tools.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate customer needs into product enhancements.
• Manage project timelines, expectations, and stakeholders to ensure efficient platform adoption.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Implementation, Onboarding, or Technical Project Management for SaaS products.
• Strong expertise in project, stakeholder, and expectation management.
• Basic understanding of scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Bash, and HTML.
• Understanding of e-commerce and last-mile logistics operations.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Must be based in Europe.
