What you will do
- Build and lead a UK-based Mid-Market team focused on driving ARR across companies with 100–1,000 employees.
- Drive a strong pipeline generation culture where outbound is a shared responsibility.
- Coach Account Executives on discovery depth, deal qualification (MEDDPICC), and multi-threading.
- Balance velocity with deal quality to ensure predictable forecasting and strong conversion metrics.
- Proactively recruit top sales talent and build a strong bench.
- Partner with Marketing and Customer Success to drive new logo acquisition and structured expansion.
Requirements
- Must be based in London, UK.
- Proven leadership experience managing Mid-Market SaaS sales teams.
- Extensive experience in heavy outbound, sales-led organizations with operational rigor around pipeline generation.
- Deep familiarity with value-driven sales methodologies, specifically MEDDPICC and Command of the Message.
- Successful track record in B2B SaaS sales as an individual contributor before moving into management.
- Experience thriving in a rapid-growth environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with transformatory SaaS products sold across multiple lines of business and use-cases.
- Direct experience headhunting sales representatives.
