What you will do
- Lead and develop a team of Account Executives across Corporate, Enterprise, and Large Enterprise segments.
- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for the UKIMEA region.
- Coach Account Executives on pipeline management, territory planning, and navigating complex enterprise sales cycles.
- Partner cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to align on go-to-market priorities.
- Lead weekly pipeline and forecast reviews to ensure accountability and strong deal progression.
- Act as a trusted advisor during high-value commercial negotiations and strategic prospect meetings.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading, coaching, and mentoring successful sales teams within high-growth SaaS or technology organizations.
- Strong track record of exceeding revenue targets both as an Account Executive and a Sales Manager.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles and negotiating high-value agreements.
- Must be based in London or be willing to travel regularly within the UKIMEA region.
- Ability to use AI tools to enhance productivity and sales workflows.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
