What you will do

  • Drive new ARR growth and strategic expansion within the Managed Service Provider (MSP) ecosystem.
  • Own the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and qualification to renewal and long-term account development.
  • Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline of 3–5x annual quota through outbound prospecting and networking.
  • Establish trusted advisor relationships with MSP executives, operational leaders, and technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to maximize partner outcomes and adoption.
  • Execute territory plans and conduct regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions with key partners.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in sales, partner management, or business development.
  • Demonstrated success selling SaaS, infrastructure software, cloud, or observability solutions.
  • Proven experience working with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) or MSSPs.
  • Proficiency in structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, or Force Management.
  • Must be based in London, UK.
  • Ability to engage effectively with both technical audiences and executive decision-makers.
