What you will do
- Drive new ARR growth and strategic expansion within the Managed Service Provider (MSP) ecosystem.
- Own the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and qualification to renewal and long-term account development.
- Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline of 3–5x annual quota through outbound prospecting and networking.
- Establish trusted advisor relationships with MSP executives, operational leaders, and technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to maximize partner outcomes and adoption.
- Execute territory plans and conduct regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions with key partners.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in sales, partner management, or business development.
- Demonstrated success selling SaaS, infrastructure software, cloud, or observability solutions.
- Proven experience working with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) or MSSPs.
- Proficiency in structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, or Force Management.
- Must be based in London, UK.
- Ability to engage effectively with both technical audiences and executive decision-makers.
