What you will do

• Coordinate annual financial returns, tax filings, and R&D tax credit applications.
• Draft, negotiate, and amend complex SaaS subscription and data licensing agreements.
• Manage project workflows for the incorporation of international affiliates and subsidiaries.
• Draft intercompany agreements and board resolutions for entities in multiple jurisdictions.
• Support fundraising activities including Series A raises, venture debt, and convertible notes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align legal terms with product development and market strategy.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in a similar corporate legal role.
• Legal education (LLB, GLD, or JD) required.
• Deep familiarity with SaaS agreements, including SLAs and user rights.
• Proven experience with global data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, CPA, CTDPA).
• Strong understanding of corporate formalities and board governance.
• Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
