What you will do

• Support product and privacy legal matters, including documenting functionality and tracking regulatory requirements.
• Partner with product, engineering, marketing, and security teams to support legal workflows.
• Maintain privacy, regulatory, and procedural documentation across various jurisdictions.
• Evaluate and implement AI tools and legal tech to improve team productivity.
• Draft and manage privacy-related documents such as DPAs, notices, and terms.
• Assist attorneys with research on global compliance topics including consumer protection and accessibility.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant paralegal experience in an in-house legal department or law firm.
• Strong experience supporting product, privacy, marketing, or regulatory legal matters.
• Familiarity with global privacy laws including CCPA, GDPR, TCPA, ADA, and HIPAA.
• Experience drafting and managing DPAs and privacy notices under attorney supervision.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Slack, Notion, and hands-on experience with GenAI tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
