What you will do
- Provide strategic and tactical services to complex, high-touch enterprise clients to ensure successful product integration.
- Translate customer business needs into strategic technical solutions and actionable recommendations.
- Lead and facilitate large group meetings and presentations regarding the product suite.
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting during the implementation and deployment of technology products.
- Collaborate with Engineering teams to scope, prioritize, and manage customer feature requests.
- Identify and drive opportunities to expand customer adoption of products to increase retention.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 4-7 years of experience in software technical support, account management, or a technical customer-facing role.
- Must be based in the Philippines.
- Strong understanding of web infrastructure, technological platforms, and API integrations.
- Intermediate knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and browser debuggers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent customer relationship skills with the ability to interact with executive-level management.
