What you will do
- Manage relationships with the top 150-200 highest-MRR accounts.
- Serve as an executive advisor and primary point of contact for key stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and address churn risks to ensure account health.
- Negotiate renewals and drive multi-year agreements.
- Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Advocate for customer needs internally across Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- Proven track record in managing a book of business and meeting retention/expansion targets in B2B SaaS.
- Ability to work independently with minimal day-to-day oversight.
- Strong executive presence and ability to advise senior stakeholders.
- Strong commercial instincts for identifying and closing growth opportunities.
- Clear and direct communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience selling to or supporting contractors, trades, or construction businesses.
- Experience owning both renewals and expansion within a single role.
