Location: Hybrid in Manila, Philippines (2 days office, 3 days remote)

What you will do
- Act as a trusted advisor for key clients to resolve complex technical challenges.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative, long-term strategic partnerships with clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional technical support and service.
- Leverage deep knowledge of products to troubleshoot issues and optimize client solutions.
- Identify opportunities to enhance client success and expand their usage of products.
- Develop impactful presentations and train clients to maximize their investment in the software.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a technical or service role within software, telecom, or contact centers.
- Proficiency in technical problem-solving with strong analytical and advanced troubleshooting skills.
- Fluency in written and verbal English communication.
- Working knowledge of contact center software design and functionality.
- Must be based in Manila, Philippines to comply with the hybrid work model.
