What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients and strategic agency partners.
- Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue, client satisfaction, and long-term retention.
- Consult with clients on advertising strategies, offering hirify.global solutions to meet business goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Ad Ops, Rev Ops, Product) to ensure flawless campaign execution.
- Use data-driven insights to evaluate campaign performance, optimize strategies, and communicate results.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts, and lead contract negotiations.
Requirements
- 8-10+ years of experience in digital advertising, media sales, or client management, preferably at a publisher, ad tech company, or agency.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and building deep client relationships.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising products, including programmatic, social, display, video, and native formats.
- Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and ad platforms.
- Experience working with clients in the Health, Beauty & Personal Care sector.
- Must be authorized to work in the US and participate in E-Verify.

- Experience working with Fortune 500 clients or large-scale ad campaigns.
- Familiarity with marketing performance metrics and attribution models.
