What you will do

• Supervise daily operations, manage staffing levels, and address performance issues in fabrication departments.
• Drive sustainable improvements across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Cash (SQDCC) categories.
• Maintain department Gemba boards and manage monthly RCCM reporting for metric misses.
• Coordinate with manufacturing leadership to meet critical short-term and long-term production goals.
• Lead kaizen events to support value stream strategy deployment.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing manufacturing processes using independent judgment.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Delavan, WI
• Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years of functional supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with machining, molding, assembly, and metalwork processes.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and understand GD&T.
• Technical proficiency in lean manufacturing and process improvement strategies.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and SAP.
