What you will do

• Improve throughput, yield, cycle time, and OEE using data analysis and SPC.
• Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions for process issues.
• Troubleshoot process and equipment performance to optimize manufacturing.
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma methods to reduce waste and variation.
• Support capacity planning and identify production bottlenecks.
• Participate in PSM activities (PHA, MOC, PSSR) to ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, process improvement, or operations.
• Experience with data analysis, SPC, or process optimization.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills with measurable outcomes.
• Must have valid work authorization for the U.S. without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of experience in chemicals, polymers, or adhesives industries.
• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Experience in PSM-regulated environments (PHA, MOC, PSSR).
• Familiarity with PLCs, DCS, SAP, or other manufacturing systems.
