What you will do

• Support manufacturing and test processes within an electronic production environment.
• Troubleshoot production equipment to maintain high uptime.
• Analyze and disposition non-conforming electronic assemblies.
• Implement and validate engineering changes through the ECO process.
• Collaborate with production operators to gather feedback on assembly processes.
• Participate in design for manufacturability, assembly, and test activities.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US (no work authorization support provided).
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing support role.
• Ability to perform weekend on-call rotations.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

Nice to have

• Experience programming in LabVIEW.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Familiarity with quality tools such as PPAP, FMEA, Gage R&R, and Control Plans.
• Light fabrication and machining skills.
