What you will do

• Coach a team of Enrollment Specialists to achieve daily and weekly performance targets via weekly huddles and 1:1s.
• Manage day-to-day HR operations, including timecard approvals, PTO management, and process compliance.
• Partner with other team leads to optimize enrollment queues, scripts, and workflows to improve conversion rates.
• Conduct direct patient outreach and enrollment weekly to maintain expertise and support the team from current experience.
• Utilize data tools to track team performance and surface opportunities for improvement to leadership.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in patient enrollment or a similar field with a sales/conversion component.
• Minimum of 2 years of direct people management experience.
• Proficiency with Google Suite, Zoom, Slack, and electronic health records (EHR).
• Experience using data tools like Google Sheets or Looker to track performance metrics.
• Must have previous experience working in a remote role.
• Must operate from a quiet and secure home environment to ensure member privacy.
