Customer Operations Associate (Medtech): Enabling Medicare insurance agents and business leaders to enroll beneficiaries on the best plans with an accent on carrier onboarding operations and troubleshooting. Location: Hybrid position based in Denver, CO. Candidates must be able to attend in-person meetings 5 days per week during onboarding.
Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 USD

What you will do
- Provide high-tier support to insurance agents via email, 1-on-1 calls, and video walkthroughs.
- Manage carrier contracting request queues to enable efficient agent onboarding.
- Coordinate complex workflows between agents and insurance carriers to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Act as the first point of escalation for operational issues coming from tier-1 support teams.
- Identify and recommend improvements to streamline workflows and enhance team efficiency.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing support, operations, or onboarding.
- Fluent written and verbal Spanish.
- Must be based in the US; international remote work is not accommodated.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed SLAs in a fast-paced environment.
- Extreme attention to detail and strong communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience within Medicare, the insurance industry, or carrier contracting.
- Familiarity with support ticketing tools such as Intercom, Zendesk, Dialpad, Slack, or Zoom.
- Background in supporting small business owners or independent agents.
