What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of public-sector customers as their primary strategic partner.
  • Lead business reviews focused on engagement, outcomes, and customer value.
  • Build strong relationships with benefits leaders, HR teams, consultants, and executives.
  • Partner cross-functionally to advocate for customer needs and deliver exceptional experiences.
  • Identify risks, expansion opportunities, and strategic initiatives to strengthen partnerships.
  • Share customer feedback internally to improve products and processes.

Requirements

  • Must be located in the United States excluding specified states (AK, AR, DE, HI, ME, MS, NM, OK, RI, SD, VT, WI).
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, Healthcare, or related roles.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Proactive use of AI tools to improve output and efficiency.
