Salary: $99,500–$128,500 per year

What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of public-sector customers as their primary strategic partner.
- Lead business reviews focused on engagement, outcomes, and customer value.
- Build strong relationships with benefits leaders, HR teams, consultants, and executives.
- Partner cross-functionally to advocate for customer needs and deliver exceptional experiences.
- Identify risks, expansion opportunities, and strategic initiatives to strengthen partnerships.
- Share customer feedback internally to improve products and processes.
Requirements
- Must be located in the United States excluding specified states (AK, AR, DE, HI, ME, MS, NM, OK, RI, SD, VT, WI).
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, Healthcare, or related roles.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience working with executive-level stakeholders.
- Proactive use of AI tools to improve output and efficiency.
