TL;DR
Payer Customer Success Associate (Medtech): Supporting health plan customers to ensure seamless service delivery and satisfaction with an accent on operational efficiency, KPI tracking, and cross-functional coordination. Focus on resolving member issues, preparing Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and managing customer documentation via Gainsight and Asana.
Location: Remote (Must be based in the US to be eligible for benefits)
Salary: $31.97 - $36.30 per hour

What you will do
- Act as a secondary point of contact for assigned customers to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and optimize the member experience.
- Maintain project management documentation and dashboards within Gainsight and Asana.
- Compile Quarterly Business Review (QBR) slide decks by extracting data from Looker and other sources.
- Coordinate the preparation and distribution of member marketing materials and organize customer events.
- Manage incoming client requests and escalations in the account owner's absence.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably within the healthcare field.
- Prior health plan experience is strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience.
- Technical proficiency with SFTP, ticketing systems, and project management tools.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and a willingness to adopt new software platforms.
- Must be eligible for US-based employment and benefits (401k, HSA, FSA).
