What you will do

• Own annual budgets and rolling forecasts for the R&D organization, including headcount and infrastructure costs.
• Serve as a dedicated finance partner to R&D leadership, modeling investment tradeoffs and business cases.
• Build and maintain product-level P&L models covering ARR, gross margin, and investment allocation.
• Analyze cloud hosting costs and identify optimization opportunities across the portfolio.
• Contribute financial insights to executive and board-level reporting.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance financial modeling, research, and data analysis workflows.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance within a SaaS or technology company.
• Deep understanding of SaaS revenue metrics like ARR, NRR, and gross margin.
• Proven ability to build and own product-level P&L models.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure economics and cost modeling.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex analysis to non-finance stakeholders.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.
