TL;DR

What you will do

  • Investigate and gather evidence to assess claim viability for litigation.
  • Prepare files for issue, including reviewing merits and instructing experts.
  • Manage a high-volume, varied caseload with accuracy and strong organization.
  • Take detailed instructions from clients, witnesses, and experts with professionalism.
  • Make informed decisions under supervision while adhering to KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate time records and utilize the firm's case management system.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in a legal environment.
  • Strong communication and client-care skills for phone and face-to-face interactions.
  • Knowledge of PI law, Pre-Action Protocols, CPR, and funding, or a strong drive to learn.
  • Ability to prioritize, manage deadlines, and stay organized in a high-volume setting.
  • Excellent drafting, numeracy, and written communication skills.
