What you will do

• Build zero-to-one AI product experiences from early concept through prototype and productionization.
• Collaborate with users, designers, and engineers to identify high-impact AI opportunities.
• Translate ambiguous customer needs into clear workflows, interfaces, and technical designs.
• Develop and optimize AI agent development, testing, evaluation, and monitoring workflows.
• Use product data and user feedback to iteratively improve AI-native experiences.
• Create technical documentation and demos to align cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a software or ML engineer on user-facing systems.
• Strong full-stack engineering skills.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, or applied ML products.
• Proven track record of end-to-end ownership of major product features.
• Ability to move quickly from idea to prototype while maintaining engineering rigor.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience designing evaluation and testing frameworks for ML systems.
• Practical approach to validation using user research and metrics.
• Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced product environment.
