What you will do

• Design and ship full-stack applications end-to-end, covering frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure.
• Develop scalable APIs and backend services while integrating AI models into production-grade experiences.
• Build and maintain AI pipelines, including data ingestion, embeddings, and retrieval systems.
• Engineer and optimize prompting strategies and AI guardrails for latency, cost, and accuracy.
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to deliver polished and impactful user experiences.
• Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging AI tools, frameworks, and models to enhance product capabilities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong focus on full-stack development.
• Must be based in Brazil.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic), vector databases, and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Expertise in React, Next.js, Node.js (NestJS/Fastify), and Python (FastAPI).
• Strong understanding of system design, scalability, performance optimization, and cloud environments.
• Proficiency in CI/CD, testing, code quality, and observability practices.
