What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and optimization of robust frontend systems for deploying LLM-based algorithms.
• Manage the complete project lifecycle from architecture to deployment, monitoring, and improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver scalable platform solutions based on various use cases.
• Develop high-quality, maintainable code using a modern tech stack.
• Mentor and uplevel teammates to foster a culture of engineering excellence.

Requirements

• 5-10+ years of experience in backend, frontend, or full-stack engineering.
• Proficiency with relational databases and experience shipping production-ready code and infrastructure.
• Ability to communicate technical ideas and issues in easy-to-understand, actionable terms.
• Experience owning projects from start to finish with a drive to deliver results.
• Must be based in the USA or Canada.
