What you will do

• Lead full lifecycle study management, from planning and setup to monitoring and closeout.
• Translate client requirements into actionable internal plans and maintain key study documentation.
• Coordinate study equipment distribution and track delivery milestones.
• Manage financial aspects, including budget reviews, revenue forecasting, and invoice reconciliation.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time project delivery.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and manage client relationships to resolve escalations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in project management or a related field.
• 1–4 years of project management experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or clinical research industries.
• Strong understanding of the drug development lifecycle and clinical trial processes.
• Proficiency in English for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Financial acumen and experience managing budgets and forecasts.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20% and hold a valid passport.
