What you will do

• Manage all production phases, including pre-production logistics, vendor selection, hiring, onsite execution, and post-event wrap-up.
• Create and maintain production timelines to ensure all teams meet strict project schedules.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and onsite teams to drive alignment and successful execution of concerts and events.
• Optimize production costs and processes, managing third-party quotes, invoices, and P&L updates.
• Conduct venue research, handle bookings, and secure all necessary event permits and insurance requirements.
• Perform administrative duties including expense reports and coordinating contracts with the legal department.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the event production industry.
• Native or Fluent level of German and strong English proficiency.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in an organized and efficient manner.
• Established network of vendors and venues.
• Understanding of technical production requirements and basic knowledge of fabrication and permitting processes.
• Experience in a mix of business development and operational roles within the entertainment industry.

• Proficiency in additional languages.
