What you will do

• Manage end-to-end project execution, including creation of time schedules and cost estimations for budgeting.
• Act as construction manager, taking full responsibility for the safety of construction sites on behalf of the company.
• Standardize specialty gas installation systems and maintain guidelines for semiconductor-compliant high-purity gas installations.
• Collaborate with Facility Management and Production managers to align supply systems with existing operational needs.
• Review test protocols and welding procedures for contractors to ensure high-quality installation.
• Support quality, safety, environmental, and energy management systems (IATF:16949, ISO:14001, ISO:5000).

Requirements

• Master's degree in process engineering or a similar technical field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar project leadership role.
• Proficiency in MS Project and MS Office applications.
• Fluent German and English language skills.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Hamburg, Germany.
• Strong communication skills and a structured approach to complex technical tasks.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of CAD software.
• Previous experience within the semiconductor industry or a comparable high-tech field.
