What you will do

• Coordinate cross-functional Project Core Teams including R&D, marketing, QARA, and supply chain from product inception to launch.
• Track project progress, manage budgets, mitigate risks, and ensure clear communication across all stakeholders.
• Act as the technical single point of contact for third-party vendors and monitor statements of work.
• Support the R&D organization in implementing and maintaining efficient solution development processes.
• Contribute to internal and external regulatory audits and resolve process non-conformities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in project management, preferably within the medical imaging or healthcare industry.
• Knowledge of medical quality regulations such as ISO13485, ISO9001, or FDA design controls.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch or German is considered an asset.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and coaching skills with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams.
