What you will do
- Develop and execute customer-focused content publishing strategies for Clinical Solutions across electronic and print formats.
- Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with content owners and external stakeholders.
- Lead, manage, and develop a team of Content Strategists.
- Manage budgets, schedules, reporting, and complex contract negotiations.
- Conduct market research and gather consumer insights to support revenue goals.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery and publication of new content, resolving operational bottlenecks.
Requirements
- Experience developing and executing content strategies within publishing or healthcare environments.
- Proven experience leading and developing small to medium-sized teams.
- Strong commercial awareness with a track record of contributing to revenue growth.
- Ability to effectively manage budgets, timelines, and legal contracts.
- German and English language proficiency required.
- Must be based in Munich, Germany.
